Refund policy

All sales are final.

Each artifact is produced in limited quantity and issued as part of a fixed release. Once acquired, artifacts cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced. Artifacts are released as-is. Variations in finish, texture, or form are a natural result of the production process and are not considered defects. Please allow adequate time for processing and delivery. Each release is produced and assembled in small batches by hand.

By completing a purchase, the holder accepts the artifact in its current state and acknowledges that no returns or exchanges will be issued. If an artifact arrives damaged in transit, contact must be made within 5 days of delivery with documentation of the damage. 

No restocks. No replacements. No reversals.
